Do I have amoebas or some other type of parasite?

I have been having diarrhea since sunday, which would be 6 days ago. My diahrea isn't bloody nor is it with flegm, it's just like normal diarrhea like when you take laxatives or tea that helps with digestive cleansing. I have tried to look for anything strange but nothing from my point of view have I seen anything strange. This diarrhea has gotten to the point to which I had to buy cream for what I am assuming it to be burns from my gastric acids around my anal area.

Other factors are:
No fever, no pains(just small bothersome rumbling in the stomach at the time when I must use the restroom), I have been losing weight at a noticable rate( lost about 6 pounds, it can be reflected on my appearance), my apetite has dropped compared to what I was before(you could say I had a very healthy apetite) but I still have an apetite, and I don't feel weak nor tired.

I used to live in the U.S, but now due to some changes, I have come to Bolivia. The change in language isn't the only change that I have gone thru, my diet has completly changed as well. I hope I have given enough information about my case and I hope to see an answer soon.
                                                                                                              Thank you for the attention
