Do I have colon cancer because of anal bleeding?

So about 4-5 days ago. I started having diarrhea and it was normal. Then last night I started to notice when I fart. My underwear would be covered in blood. In my anus area. And I would feel the constant urge to use the bathroom. And everytime I would find blood on my toilet paper. And now. Tonight I just used the bathroom again. And I found 3-4 clots of blood in the toilet. They were a fire red. Very bright. I don't feel any pain after. I only feel like I need to have another bowel movement. I am extreamly concerned that this might be something bad.

No dear, colon cancer doesn't cause blood to be visible in your stool, if it is colon cancer then your stool would be very dark to black-brown in color and blood will only be indicated in lab exams (I work at a lab so I'm speaking of experience).. so don't be scared.
But, as you say you have visible red blood in your stool, this is usually caused by an injury or your anal opening, might be due to something sharp you ate (like nut shell) that wasn't properly digested and caused a cut on it's way out. You might feel a little cold or chills due to this wound, but it is nothing serious.
If this is the case then there are creams you can use like "proctoglyvenol" but ask a specialist before you use anything, as I don't know what you are allergic to.
Also if you develop any other symptoms see a doctor to be diagnosed properly.

unlikely that you have colon cancer. but you should for sure see a doctor. could be a digestive disorder, parasite, or something else. but i highly doubt its cancer
