Do I have gastritis?

I have had something wrong with my stomach since around last December. I was eating a lot of spicy food in that period of time, but it wasn't unusual for me as I have been eating spicy food frequently for the past 5 years. I think that's what has caused it but since then I have been suffering with severe pain in my stomach, cramps every now and again in my stomach, acid reflux, frequent and often loose stools, loss of apetite even when hungry, I've lost 3st since last December, and I vomit frequently especially around food, and cigarette smoke - which lead me to quit smoking.

I don't drink alcohol, I find that physical activity is lmited for me, as running brings on vomiting almost immediately, I have a lot less energy also as I am not eating near enough what I should be. I am drinking around 3-4 pints of milk a day as I find that not only suffices my hunger when I have no appetite but also hydrates me. I have found that I am a lot less confident since all of this happening and I have hardly gone outside of my house except when I need to, maybe 5 times in the last month? Which is very rare for me, but I find that I'm usually in a great deal of discomfort and so I'd rather try and just find comfort in my own home.

I have had blood tests, given a stool sample, had a ultrasound and an endoscopy and my doctor just keeps fobbing me off with a disconcerning look as if I'm making it up and giving me Omeprazole. I really don't like to take any drugs unless I have to anymore.

Thank you in advanced, I really just want to get this wrapped up so I can get on with my nromal life and go back to playing baseball next summer!

Just to calm stomach down, you could boil fennel seeds-1 tspoon, mint leaves 30, cardamom pods 3 and 1/4 tspoon ginger in 4 cup water and boil it for 30-40 minutes...cool and put a pinch of baking soda powder and drink it everyday ..preferably before meals-.. for a week at least. Skip baking soda after 1st try unless getting  acidic reflux.
Remember to smlle, give thanks and pray to the one who created us and still listens to us and has the most power to help us.

I forgot to mention that I am 17 years old, and ulcers, celiac and crohn's has all been taken off of the list, my mum is worried that it could be effects from cancer as she had most of the same symptoms when she had bowel cancer. I'm not going to worry myself with the latter unless that really is a risk.

Thanks again to anybody who comments
