Does anyone know what could be causing my left flank pain?

I have been having pain in my upper abdomen, left side, toward the back. It feels like it’s right under the ribs. It feels like a dull ache, fullness, it is much more noticeable when sitting but lately I feel it constantly. Normal bowel habits. Not a smoker. Very occasional drinker.

How are you kidneys.    Did you have an  infection such as UTI that was not treated.      How is your urine

I’ve recently had 2 UAs that came up clean. Recent blood work showed didn’t show any signs of infection.
