ECOLI HELP!! Death is near ?

Hello,     searching for help.
About 3 weeks ago we ate at chili's at the DFW airport.   3 days after that i started getting really weird bowel movements.  Looked like dirt or something weird.    I freaked out,  went to the Doctor.  He told me I had C-diff because i was on a lot of antibiotics. Put me on something for C-diff but then the test came back negative.

Then the bowel movements changed to red,  Like i was giving birth to hot molten lava. God help me.   My A$$ burned so bad i thought i was going to cry.

Went to my favorite doctor Gastro and he ran a rapid test on me where i gave a tiny sample in a tube.  Tested positive for E-coli.

He started me on Cipro,  that didn't help.   Now he switched me to XIFAXAN  550  x 3  @  $1,750.00!

Im on day 3.   But i still only notice mild improvement.    I don't have any other symptoms except after i eat,  I get really bad cramps,  Massive stomach attacks,  and then its like nothing happened.

I don't have fever,  i don't think I'm dehydrated,   Im not throwing up.  Just MASSIVE stomach attacks.

Can anyone offer any advice??
