Endoscopy results..please help

The results are moderate gastritis. Atrophic, erythematous, and granular mucosa. Mild ridging throughout esophagus. I have dysphagia and my distal esophagus was dilated from 7mm to 10 mm. Doctor said before scope that most likely the dysphagia is caused from EOE.  Multiple biopsies were taken. Wondering what this all means? Any help is appreciated.
