Expanding Tummy

I am starting to get a might concerned about my ever expanding tummy. I am a 49 year old female, mother of 5. I have been noticing an ever increasing tummy. I have been having a regular period so I do not think I am pregnant, even though my tummy looks like I am 9 months along. My tummy just seems to be getting bigger. Now it hurts if I bend over too quickly because it seems that my tummy is right under my lungs, and after I eat I feel as though my tummy is in my throat. I do not even know what questions to ask, because I have no idea what is wrong. Please help!

Yeah I have had the off and on slight movement here and there, but I have done a pg test with it coming out negative. So I was just thinking it was gas. I have been bloating off and on, and have to drink a coke to belch....or take these acidophiles pills to straighten out my digestive track. I know what you mean about the stress. I am an online college student as well as wife and mom.

I wouldn't count my chickens before they're hatched.  My sister went to the hospital thinking she had a kidney stone in 1985.  The doc said "honey you don't have a kidney stone, you're having a baby!!".  A 6 lb. 4 oz. "kidney stone".  She didn't have a clue she was pregnant.  She continued to have periods right along and the "slight moving feelings" as she called them, she thought was just gas.  She had no prenatal care at all.  Not to say you're definitely pregnant, but I would check into a home pregnancy test just to rule that out.
Personally, my OBGYN told me when I had my hysterectomy that he had a patient that had a 22 lb. fybroid tumor!  He said it was as big as a pumpkin!  Not sure how your periods are but if you're not bleeding heavy at all, its a possibility that your blood is feeding a "pumpkin tumor".  Just a few thoughts of personal experiences in my own life.  Good luck with the swollen belly.  I know why mine is swollen.  Comfort food and too much stresssssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
