Flares of severe abdominal pain

Hi, I'm a girl 14 years old. Every since I can remember, I have had terrible abdominal pain. It is not continuous, but happens almost like flare up of some sort. These don't happen after eating or doing a specific activity, and I can go months without having one and then have multiple in a short space of time. The episodes last a couple of hours, and usually rise to a peak before getting better gradually. When I have an episode of this, the pain is so awful that I have trouble taking, breathing, or moving. The pain is located about and inch up and left of my belly button, but it radiates outwards as well. It is a sort of stabbing and twisting pain. No medication I have taken has helped. Twice these have been so bad that I have had to be taken to the emergency room, once overnight. I have had x-rays, ultrasounds, bloodwork, and an endoscopy (the endoscopy did not see the part of the intestine that hurts). I have also tried dairy and gluten free diets, as well being tested for other allergies. All of these turned up clear, except for my x-ray which showed huge blockage in my intestines. I was possibly partially constipated (because I go to the bathroom normally), but even after clearing out my stomach and being on laxatives, I still get these stomach aches, so the blockage is acting as more of a side effect of a problem. I have been to see multiple doctors and none of them have been able to give me and answer, so if you have and idea of what this could be help would be much approximated because the pain is really unbearable. Thank you!
