Feeling so terrible

Since Thursday night I have had the worst stool possibly imaginable. Its been the most watery its ever been and I've been none stop going to the bathroom. My stools have been all water changing from green to black (probably from the pepto) then to brown again. Now it also seems bubbly. My stomach has been in a lot of pain and cramping and making crazy noises. (All of this started Thursday night) It won't seem o go away. I have taken Pepto Bismol, my regular medicine prescribed by my GI for IBS (just recently gone to a new doctor)  and Imodium A-D. The Imodium seems to help a little with less frequent trips to the bathroom although I have still been going a lot. I don't know what to do and I feel like I am not really being taken seriously by my parents. I am afraid  to go to the hospital but this doesn't seem to be stopping. I also haven't eaten much because I am scared what it will do to my stomach. I have an appointment with my GI Monday afternoon.I have acid reflux and I also have abnormal Thyroid results and some sort of swelling in the intestinal area I believe that's how it was worded that was just tested a few weeks ago by blood.  Any help would be greatly appreciated since I'm suffering here.

Keep yourself well hydrated until you see your GI on Monday, not only with water but gatorade and orange juice to replenish your electrolytes....you don't want to become dehydrated.  This is the most important thing you can do since you only have one day until you see your doctor.  Hope this helps and best wishes.
