Gall bladder pain with no gall bladder

I have been sick for 11 weeks now.  I took the Accutane medicine for my acne in two series over two years ago, and now I am convinced that it is runing my body.  I have terrible stabbing pain in my right upper side radiating to the back when I am in even worse pain.  I have been to the emergency room 4 times now and all different hospitals and still NO ANSWERS.  The pain will just not go away, and I get high fevers of 102 every single day atleast once.  I can not eat much and have lost 30 pounds now.  I have had a lot of tests done; blood, urine, colonoscopy, endoscopy, x-ray, mri, ct scan with dye.  I have frequent what seems "attacks" I will be doubled over in so much pain I have to go to the hospital.  My immune system is very very weak I have had the flu twice, and bronchitis now from my family bringing it home.  I am stuck in a very terrible painful position, my doctor took my pain medicine away (vicodin) but, I am taking bentyl, zofran, phrenegan, and I have tried everything over the counter NOTHING works, I just need help finding what is going on.  If anyone knows anything about this please please help!

You may also want to talk to your doc about the link between the drug accutane and the development of some form of inflammatory bowel disease conditions.

Ask them to see if you may have Bilary Reflux.  I too have pain Everyday in my upper right quadrant where my Gallbladder used to be, I've been living with this pain now for 6 years....And I too have been back to the hospital due to the severe pain that it causes, and every time I have bloodwork done, everything comes back NORMAL!!!! but whatever is going on is NOT normal.  So get them to check for that....my family doctor put me on Methadol, which was working but I had to many adverse side-effects and ended up having to come off of it...I am also taking Sulcrate, which is to help coat and reline the stomach from all inflammation.  This is just a thought that I'd pass along, and something that you could talk to your doctor about....Hope this helps!

Ask them to do an ERCP on you, alot of times after gallbladder removal people can get bileduct disorders, this will make sure there is no narrowing of the ducts or no stones stuck in there?
