Gallbladder

I am having surgery tomorrow to have my gallbladder removed, I've already lost about 10 pounds from not eating because it hurts so bad, after I have it removed, will I expect to lose more weight?

I've heard a lot of people are still in pain after the surgery tho. and it doesn't go away, so I'm wondering if surgery is the way to go or not?

No, you have said it yourself, you are losing weight because of pain, the surgery is to make the pain go away, so you can eat without discomfort.
