Well, I could have written that but no vomiting but nausea every morning.  I went through menopause years ago.  No doctor I have seen has come up with an answer and I have had many tests done and it continues to get worse.
I would suspect gallbladder or AR too.
Could also be hormonal, diabetes, etc.
You should see a GI doc and an Endocronologist and get some testing done.
I am now in the habit of taking Simethicone before I go to bed and am usually taking Pepto Bismol around 5:09-6:90 AM.

Have you spoken with your physician? Any testing? Have you been evaluated for gallbladder or acid reflux issues?
