Gastritis question

If you have gastritis, can it take longer for prescribed, Vicodin to leave your urine or blood?

Definitely NO if you got normal liver and kidney function.

I've never heard of it taking longer for Vicodin to leave your body due to gastritis, an inflammation of the stomach.  Vicodin, it would appear is processed by the liver- both components of it.
