Gatroenterology Concern

I am hoping an M.D is reading this and can help me.  My six year old daughter has been having problems since she was around two.  She periodically throws up.  After it first started, it only took less than a year to have to fix every tooth in her mouth.  I went to countless doctors including a Pediatric Consultant and a Pediatric Gasroenterologist.  She has been on numerous meds.  We did an ultrasound which was clear exept for a gas.  She has had problems with flatulance.   Blood work showed nothing.  She stopped throwing up for quite some time until recently when she started  meds given to her by a Surgeon @ Sick Kids who didn;t even examine her or ask any questions.  He would have known that she also has been having constant stomach pains for quite some time so bad that when she's in the car it brings her to tears when I drive on a rough road or that she has to take a break in swim class or ballet because her stomach hurts.  She's had this so long she just takes it in stride and acts as if it's supoed to be that way.  She's stopped pointing things out to me becuse she know's nothing can be done to stop it.  It breaks my heart that I have gone through so many doc tors and testing and they can't figure out what's wrong with her.  And now for the third time, she's had an oily substance with her stool.  I've taken her to the hospital the last time it happened and after blood work was told her liver enzymes might be a little high but nothing else.  It went away within a day or so.  I am going out of my mind as any other parent can understand.  I just want my kid to feel normal like any other kid and I am at my wits end.

Is there any out there who can help?

Where is the stomach pain located?  This question may sound gross, but what does her vomit look like?

I am located in Ajax.  She does have some some constipation and has had an upper scope which showed nothing.  She doesn't eat very much at a time and tends to throw up any time but when she's eating.  The doc even sugested it could even be sychosymatic but for 4 years?

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  There are no doctors reading this page and the expert page for gastroenterology is currently not open to questions.  If the only testing she has had is blood work and an ultrasound, then she definitely needs more testing done.  She probably needs and endoscopy and a CT scan.  Does the throwing up correlate with eating?  Where is the stomach pain located?

Is it possible that she is constipated?  I would insist on a upper and lower scope if she hasn't already had one.

When you say you took her to Sick Kids - where are you located?  (I'm in Toronto)
