Abdominal is hurting and I am bleeding black blood.

I was in a car accident June 27, 2018.the hospital said that I had a chest contusion, concussion, and strain muscle in my back and neck. Now my abdomen is hurting, and I am bleeding black blood.what does this mean.

I hope they got to the bottom of the bleeding.  Dark blood usually is a sign that it's not fresh blood, meaning it's likely coming from an internal bleed somewhere along the GI tract.  I hope you're doing better now.
