Has anyone experienced this unusual pain?

Hi,
For the past 4 years now I have been having abdominal/rib pain. Some of my symptoms include gas, bloating, cramping underneath the left rib cage (feels like a small mass to the left of my sternum), and pain wraping around my ribs to my spine. Pain has been getting progressively worse and more frequent (almost everyday). I have gotten a full GI workup and everything has came back normal. Starting to think it could be musculoskeletal but very unsure. Wondering if anyone has experienced similar pain.

Did you ever find out what was happening? I'm having something very similar, pain onder my left ribs that is mirrored on my front and back. It's often accompanied by nausea, and when I press on either spot, I almost immediately want to vomit.
Full GI workup found nothing.
