Did you find out anything yet?
I'm getting it real bad tonight. I don't know what the heck this is. I have a feeling it's digestive related but maybe it's a muscle cramp or dehydration or lack of something. I just don't know. But this is the worst I've had it. It's constant tonight. I have to sit very straight but I still feel it spazzing up or kinking up, not sure what the best word is to describe it. It's constant tonight. Usually I'd get it coming and going but tonight's the worst I've gotten it. I sure would like to figure out what the heck this is.

I first got them when I tried to start doing sit-ups again after 3 years. I had tried to do to many in one day. I used to be able to do 300 in one sitting. Shortly after implementing the exercise, I had to go to the gynocologist and in the process of trying to get a urine sample, I got one so bad, I thought I would scream. I had to arch my back, backwards to get relief. When it let up, I tried getting urine in the cup with my other hand and I got the charlie horse in the upper left hand quadrant. Even arching my back backwards then didn't give me relief until quite some time later. They probably thought I was never going to come out of that bathroom.

I'm going to see my endocrinologist next Friday and see if they can arrange for a upper and lower GI to be done. I had one done when I was 13 and they found out I had a spastic colon then. Don't anymore, as far as I know. Sure didn't have any of these current symptoms back then. I know something is wrong. I just don't know what.

Thank you so much for your reply. Have you had any tests done yet? If so, what kind? And yes, it is definitely a weird feeling, especially when seeing what looks like a baby moving around and you know you're not pregnant.   Thanks, Holly

Yes! I tried posting this before and no one else seemed to relate. I think it might be my colon twisting or kinking up? That's what I think. When it happens I have to quickly straighten up until I feel it relax and let go. It's a weird feeling, that's for sure!
