Has anyone had frond like lesions in their small intestine?

I have had gastric bloating and pain across small intestine with with low white count and neutrophils and severe intolerance to dairy, gluten, sugar and starch.   Gastric MD performed video capsule and found 4 frond like lesions in the small intestine.  They are white/yellow/pink shade.  A biopsy was performed and result was negative.  Has anyone experienced this type of finding?
