Have no idea what's wrong

Hello. I've had several tests done. A Hydascan (spelling); a CT scan; an ultrasound; a colonoscopy; and an endoscopy. I'm going for more testing; my Gastro Doc thinks it's the gallbladder but there's no evidence of it. Everything has come up clear. He felt a hard mass in my center abdominal area above the belly button. However it did not show up on the ultrasound. It feels like I'm sleeping on a brick and I can barely tolerate a clear liquid diet. Regular food gives me severe abdominal pain and/or makes me vomit.
My Gastro has put me on Bentil and perscription Pepcid.
I'm not sure how long I can be on a clear liquid diet before there are consequences.
Any ideas on what might be wrong?

Hi, the mass he is palpating could be the muscle. If there was any abnormality it would have been picked up by scans. Another possibility is hernia. Hernia is the protrusion of abdominal contents through an abnormal opening. This can cause a ‘mass’ sensation and may not be picked by by scans. Check with your doctor to rule out this condition. Regards.
