Having an ultra done?

I recently took h pylori antibiotics and the worst side effect was constipation. I went to see my gastro dr and he told me that the antibiotics swept the flora inside my stomach. He rx special meds to restore the flora but no he wants me to have an ultrasonography so they can look at my gallbladder, spleen, liver, pancreas, and retroperitoneal space. Could the h pylori meds have caused damage to these organs? Why would my dr want for me to have an ultra done then?
