For Gas&headaches or heart burn please try taking about half a teaspoon of baking soda or less mixed in a full glass of water warm or cold and drink it. After drinking the water give it about 5-10 minutes you should feel so much better. Start eating healthier food if you can to prevent this in the future.

I am 41 years old and have been dianosed with IBS. I have recently been on an IBS diet with some relief. The meds I tried did not help. After I eat, no matter what I eat.. I have bloating and pain with severe headaches that sometimes can last up to 3 days. I can not sleep or funtion with the pain form them. I have been under treatment and try to visit my doctor, but a recent job change has resulted in loss of insurance and I am miserable. Any suggestions on what I might try?
