So it's not happening while you eat, but after, and only while outside?

It could be acid reflux, burning mouth syndrome, a food allergy, or an allergy to something outside, or host of other things.

The only way to know is to get checked out by a doctor. There are several things that have similar symptoms, so you'll need to see your doctor.

Let us know what happens.
