How to cure bad breath due to H Pylori

I am an Army Colonel who has suffered from an H Pylori infection for about a year.  It has gotten so bad that I find it difficult to speak in public.  People cover their noses and get as far away from me as possible...  I recently briefed a General.  Her comment to all the commanders was that I smelled like sh_ _.  I  need help...... This is an emergency !!!!!

I had H.pylora took 14 day pack of antibiotics .the smell is gone.it was coming from my nose i Thank it had somthing to do with yeast too.

Have you gone through the round of antibiotics teamed with PPIs which are typically used to treat H. pylori?
