Human organ question

What organ is found in the upper left quadrant just behind/below the ribs?

And don't forget the splenic flexure - the turn where the transverse colon 'curls over' and becomes the descending colon.

Upper left would be the stomach, spleen and way back in there the pancreas.  The liver is the upper right quad.  Gallbladder in the upper mid.
