I have constant nausea

It's now July 09 and on March 11th I woke up sick. I have been on tecta (40mg) daily and then I even take 150MG of Zantac but not much relief. I have 3 ulcers on my esophogus (I had a scope done in April). I have some relief but by now shouldn’t the nausea be gone? It’s pretty bad! I have to take Gravol almost each day!

I forgot to mention that my doc asked me to up my tecta dose to 80MG but I'm a bit scared to do that.
