I have dysphagia with unknown causes. Help me figure it out please.

I have dysphagia since august 2016. It got worst and worst until I found myself unable to swallow any solid food.
Since December 2016 I am drinking my meals thanks to nutridrinks.
I was obese (120kg) and it took time for the doctors to take my symptoms seriously.
I am now down to 76kg and still no one knows why it happened and why I still can't eat.

Blood test for any infections: negative
Stool test for any microbes or infections: negative
Swallowing barium test: no narrowing or anything blocking the way in the throat/esophageus area
(Note: I was only able to do the liquid test, not the solid one)
Stomach is also clear after being checked with a tube, same for my nose.
No brain damage or stroke.

My symptoms are the following:
- The first 3 bites are going down BUT I can't control my tongue movements so the food is often pushed too fast at the back of my tongue while I'm still trying to chew it.
- Chewing is exhausting and I do feel out of breath easily
- The left side of my throat becomes hard as rock (the muscle completely tenses up)
- After the 3 first bite I usually feel my throat just closing. Even drinking becomes complicated for at least 30 minutes.
- I do feel spasms in my throat from time to time.

According to the speech therapist, I have sudden mouth hypersensitivity with "vomiting" reflex too strong to swallow.

Working with her didn't help.

What do you think?
Can someone help?

You may have an autoimmune disease called Myasthenia Gravis (MG).

Excerpt from Mayo Clinic...

"Myasthenia gravis (my-us-THEE-nee-uh GRAY-vis) is characterized by weakness and rapid fatigue of any of the muscles under your voluntary control.

Myasthenia gravis is caused by a breakdown in the normal communication between nerves and muscles.

There is no cure for myasthenia gravis, but treatment can help relieve signs and symptoms, such as weakness of arm or leg muscles, double vision, drooping eyelids, and difficulties with speech, chewing, swallowing and breathing."
