Abdominal and stomach pain

Hello. About 10 months ago I started getting pain in my stomach. Since I was previously on a prescription anti inflammatory for tennis elbow my doctor thought it was a stomach ulcer. After a month of omeprazole I was no better and had a stool test for H.Pylori which came up negative. Since then I've been suffering in silence trying to figure out if I can solve the problem myself by changing my diet or taking over the counter medication but have had no luck.

The problem now seems to be more associated with my abdomen. It is not a constant discomfort, it comes and goes in severity and I'm finding it difficult to notice what it is I'm doing that's making it worse or better. When I have the pain it can be quite difficult for days/weeks and sometimes it can be a lot milder for similar time lengths.

I remember having an ultrasound which found nothing, this was when it was mainly a stomach problem.

Overview.

Main symptoms
- Stomach makes very loud sounds with some discomfort
- Abdominal burning and discomfort
- Any force from below the belly button down to the lower abdomen causes quite severe pain.
- Frequent headaches
- Frequent mouth salivation

Occasional symptoms
- Some nausea
- Occasional sore throat

Treatments tried to no effect
- PPI, omeprazole
- Ant acids, gaviscon etc
- Over the counter IBS tablets, buscopan
- Cutting gluten/dairy etc from diet for a long time (actually made me feel worse)

Notes
- All the symptoms are related, they don't come individually.
- Can feel a little worse in the mornings.

I'm a little reluctant to go back to the doctor because I don't communicate that well face to face, that's why I've wrote it down and seeked your help instead. Any ideas what I can do?
