I need help guys

dont know whats going on and I need an idea. Since Tuesday with today being the 5th day my stomach has been hurting off and on all day. I woke up Tuesday morning like normal then instantly got this like stomach pain and ran to the bathroom. Since then it has been hurting non stop off and on all day since then. Its very uncomfortable and quite debilitating to daily tasks. Now I am no stranger to stomach problems, I have had them for a long time. I will go to the bathroom 3 maybe 4 times a day. Stools are always different shapes but the stomach pain does not completely go away sometimes its not as bad as others. As I type this though its bad, I woke up at 6am because I got that shooting stomach pain again ran to the bathroom , after stomach hurt 30 min later back in the bathroom again. It doesn't hurt when I eat though, but almost immediately after it will start up again. I actually have not eaten much though because my stomach hurts it makes me not want to eat. I have had the pains before but not this many days in a row. It seems to be fine when I sleep but as soon as I get up in the AM it starts again.  Also I always hear my stomach gurgling and making noises.Does anyone else have this any ideas!? Btw I suffer from high anxiety I get freaked out very easy dont know if that plays in all this as well. Any help is appreciated. Also my stomach has hurt 6 days in a row now or discomfort !

Then go see your doc.  But yes, both ulcer and indigestion from constipation can start out of nowhere and last not only for a week, but for months and months.  And yes, nausea can be a component of both.  Could be a lot of things wrong, I just took my best educated guess, to give you some simple remedies since you welcomed any replies.

Well, sounds to me like either a stomach ulcer or basic indigestion.  Indigestion can come from several causes, the most probable is when you get some constipation, it'll cramp you up, make your tummy growl, and send you to the bathroom a lot.  To relieve constipation, drink extra water, exercise regular, and add more fiber, like oat cereal, whole wheat bread, and salads to your diet.  See, constipation prevents more food from going into the intestines, since it's blocked, so you might consider doing a couple enemas to help it move along.  If you took antibiotics recently, you need "probiotics," like Acidophilus milk or Activia yogurt, it puts back the "good" bacteria that the medicine killed.  In addition, some drugs, vitamins, or even cheap sodas can goof up digestion.  By the way, an ordinary alka seltzer can soothe the tummy.  For the ulcer, you would have to visit your doctor and ask about it, he can do some tests to see if something is wrong inside you.  On your anxiety levels, I find if I exercise a lot, this reduces anxiety, and for quick relief when you freak out, real deep breathing brings down fear levels a few notches.
