I don't eat junk food! with snacks I still mean home made stuff. although I love crisps, peanuts stuff like that, even burgers but never eat them. everything I eat is home made we even have a kitchen garden.
I never eat treats also. I don't like treats, only chocolate but never really eat it. I'm not particularly anxious or depressed!
I just never eat fruit!
Most people would much rather eat junk food than healthy food. It is comfort food you are being drawn to. Try buying smaller amounts of junk and more healthy stuff that you like. Limit junk food to after you have eaten a healthy meal. Slowly reduce the amount of junk and increase the healthy. Look at it as a reward for eating food that is better for you.
Are you anxious or depressed? This will also make you want to eat more treats. If so, then see a doctor to treat you because depression and anxiety will make you increase the sweets and salty foods.
