I smell like poop all the time for years

For the last 7 years I have smelled like poop all the time.  I have been to 3 different GI doctors and they have all given up on me.  I have tried antibiotic, I have had 3 colonoscopy and been on the Fod Map diet and none of it has done anything.  The smell is getting worse.  I know people are talking about it and I don't know what to do.  I have thought about suicide but I cannot leave my daughter like that.

But are you saying you smell this smell or are you saying others smell it around you too?
