Im frustrated and need help.

Hello all I hope you had a great day! About 5 months ago I went through really tough personal times. :( And ever since then Ive been having all sorts of problems. Im only 18, a freshman in college and hope to be a doctor someday. :) In really good shape for the most part. However, ever since the tough times, Ive been having chest pain, trouble swallowing sometimes, pain right under my sternum, HORRIBLE shortness of breath, upon exertion and while just relaxing, 24/7. And as of recently, the last few weeks, really bad constipation. I did have anxiety but I just dont know anymore at all, I thought I did. My family thinks im crazy, so does my GP. They want me to just carry on and live life, and all that. But I swear I cant breathe!! and I cant even go to the restroom without waiting three days. I just need help! Ive had all sorts of tests run. Abd. Ultrasound, Abd. CT Scan, Holter-Monitor, EKG's, Stress Tests on the treadmill, Ultrasound of the heart, three different chest x rays, blood work of the thyroid, Hep. panels, TB skin tests, further metabolic blood work, overall body function bloodwork. :((( Im just so lost. I feel like Im screaming but no one can hear me. I dont know what to do. I go over my stress test with the Cardiologist next week then see my GP the week after. All tests look great though! Making me look more crazy! My GP has posed IBS to me and I did think about that. However, personally I thought it was a hiatal hernia, i Have all the symptoms, but after the CT scan came back negative my doc promised me that there is no hiatal hernia, but I just dont believe her. Why cant I breathe all the time?! Can IBS do that?! And my family doesent have any more money this month in the budget for more tests. So, as of now, we have chosen to do no more tests and just move on. But eventhough Doctors are telling me Im ok to excercise and move on, I dont feel like I can. :( Please Help me out  there, I know this was a long post, but please, I really need it.

As I've told you before, most of your symptoms could be caused by anxiety and stress.  I would recommend talking to a doctor about ways to deal with your anxiety (therapy, medications, etc.) and see if that helps your symptoms.
