Incomplete pancreas divisum

I was just dx as having incomplete panc div. This however they saw after 4 EUS! I dont get why they never saw it before.

I have had epigastric stabbing pains and elevated labs for 3 yrs, prior to that 2 yrs of bad acid reflux. My dad died of pancreatic cancer so I am petrified that maybe it isnt divisum but actually a tumor that they may be misdxing.

Does anyone know about incomplete pancreas divisum? One dr said it wouldnt cause my pains but would explain my labs, while another said it could cause mild pancreatitis but wouldnt effect another lab I had (CA 19 which was drawn yrs ago to see tumor markers for pc-mine had been slightly elevated and my dr said this was because of pancreastitis not cancer).
