Indigestion with pain under left ribs

Hi, I am a 59 year old female and for about four months now I have been heatrtburn, indigestion, bloating and aleternating constipation and diahorrea. I also have lots of gas, stomach ache and have recently been experiencing a pain on my left side under my ribs. I have had an ultrasound and blood tests and these all seem fine. Can anyone help me as my doctor doesn't seem to know what's going on. Thank you for your time.

If your doc didn't test for H. pylori make sure that is done. What area did the ultrasound look at? Have you and your doc considered a course of acid reflux meds and a change in diet to a GERD friendly one to see if that calms things down?

I had same thing, no one could figure it out. Ultrasound, CAT scan, upper GI series, blood work , stool, etc. all came back ok. Finally found a great doctor a few weeks ago who said it's my pancreas or ducts. He prescribed pancreatic enzymes. I've been taking the enzymes and eat practically no fat. Since then, I am a different person--almost normal again. I still have some pain and nausea, but not like it was. The new doctor will be performing an endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) on Feb. 14 to look into my pancreas and ducts to confirm if it is duct-related or chronic pancreatitis.
