Intense Chronic Bloating... Please Help

I have had a Nissen Fundoplication, twice. The last one was about two years ago. I know this can cause problems with gas bloat but this is really painful. My stomach gets hard  distended and I have to lay down on my left side in the fetal position to get the gas to pass. Sometimes the gas affects my lower back and I am in so much pain I can barely stand. I am so tired of laying on bathroom floors. I have been tested for celiac, I've had breath test for small intestine bacterial overgrowth which was positive for intestinal Methogen Overgrowth but the treatment did not work. The antibiotics just made me feel awful. I do not drink carbonated beverages. I've tried the IB Guard, I've changed my diet multiple times. I eat healthy. I have an active lifestyle. Nothing is working! My doctor seems convinced a diet change will help but I've tried. My doctor ignores me having to lay on my side to pass the gas. There has to be something else going on. My gallbladder was removed 8 years ago. I am a 29 year old female, 3 years post hysterectomy, I only have my right ovary. This painful boating is affecting my job, my social life, and my mental health. Any advice would be helpful.

Gosh, that's a lot to deal with. Are you fluid filled or is it gas bloating? I don't know your age but have you considered having the C125 done to make sure it's not ascites associated with say ovarian cancer? I know that is a long shot but my mother in law had lots of pains, gas and bloating and it turned out she had ovarian cancer. I'd find a new doctor. Sincerely. You need better answers than they are providing.
