After GallBladder Removal

I had my gallbladder removed on February 9th of 2009 and my procedure was done by Laparoscopic. The doctor did an ultrasound and found that I had gallstones and Pancreatitis. This morning, I was feeling great, and then I had this sharp pain in my back and chest at the same time. Does anyone know what this is?

The pain lasted for a few hours. My back had stopped hurting, but the middle of my chest was hurting all day. Since the surgery, this was my first time having this pain. It felt like i had another attack.

How long did the pain last?  What did it feel like? Is this the first time you had the pain?

It feels just like an air bubble and I was feeling fine this morning, and then all of a sudden this came from nowhere. Its scary, going to go get this checked out ASAP.

I had my gallbladder removed this past February too, I experienced a few things like that plus a bunch of digestive problems.
I would go in and get it looked at though just to make sure.
Does it kinda feel like a air bubble burst or something? thats what it was like for me.
