I see.  Well, after everything you've been through, I guess you WILL feel terrible for a while.  I'm glad you finally had a bowel movement.  Do not worry too much.

Alka Seltzer really will help that gas pain, drink it a couple times a day.  Gas pain can be quite severe.  You got gas from waste sitting in your bowel, rotting waste gives off gas.  The kidney stone probably is not the problem, or the doc would have said so.

Your headaches are from toxins that built up in your system because the waste did not leave the body for so long.  They will go away as your body returns to a more normal state.  The emergency doctor gave you good advice as to what to eat, those are easy foods to digest.  The low back pain is from the digestion being stressed for so long.

You have been sick, the antibiotic really helped that.  So, rest up for a few days, do a few simple stretching exercises daily, eat what the doctor said for a while.  You could pour some Acidophilus milk from the grocery store on your cereal, it has good stuff in it for your intestines.  Your digestion will probably be a little irregular for a few days, and then should return to normal.

When you start feeling like a normal human being again, slowly introduce the foods you like to eat, and slowly resume your regular activities.  Don't overdo.  If you are not perfectly fine in one week, visit the doctor again and discuss your situation.

No it's not that reason they give me the antibiotic it's because maybe some  , diverticulites, there not to sure. They past EX-RAY and said I was full not blocked, but I told them I had alot of gas so they said well that ok your not blocked,so we will still give you antibiotic just in case of a bacteria, diverculoses. Then he called is collegue and ask for a CT-SCAN.AND IT DID NOT SHOW ANYTHING JUST 1 KIDNEY STONE ON MY LEFT KIDNEY .But with all the antibiotic I empty my bowel's,after 1 week. That's where the emergency DR. told me to start eating pasta and bread.jello,popsicles,broth.But from today I still have pain [not Cramp's]and lower back pain, headaches, pogo

If I understand you, the doctors gave you something to empty your bowels, and now you are no longer blocked.  If you are no longer blocked, then the pain and bloating you feel now is from gas.  Alka Seltzer helps a lot with that.

My advice in the first post was based on you being blocked, so ignore it.  But whether you are blocked or not, always drink a few glasses of water daily.

You can keep up with the enemas at home, you can get a kit that has a long tube, so it will reach farther up than just the little kind.  BUT IF you feel pressure to go but it won't come out, then you can use "Baby Lax," put a couple little tubes of ointment, and it will come out, you might have to repeat.  Or you can put KY Jelly in the area, to ease the hard constipated matter's exit.  From the other end, get some Activia yogurt from the grocery store, follow the instructs on the package, it has "good" bacteria in it, and will help break down waste.  Also, drink some extra water and try to stay physically active, keeps the engine "well-oiled."  Also 100 percent whole wheat bread and Cheerios will help keep things moving better.

The CT scan should have showed backed-up stool, they might have seen it but since it wasn't a growth, they may not have mentioned it.  But if you want to, for your own info, you can ask for an inexpensive plane black and white X-ray of your abdomen, either at your general doctor's office or at an urgent care center, and the darker areas in the intestine that show up will tell you where the waste is clogged and also how much.  Four weeks is rather too long to not have a bowel movement, and if it gets really goofed up, you will start throwing up because nothing will pass that blockage.

Enemas really are really the best way to clear it, if it's up high.  And if it's about to come out, Baby Lax should do it.
