Is it worth refraining from kissing with chronic erosion with Helicobacter pylori?

Is it worth refraining from kissing with chronic erosion of the stomach against the background of Helicobacter pylori?
Now I am taking antibiotics prescribed by the doctor. I have a chronic form of erosion of the stomach and am afraid that if I stop taking antibiotics, I can again become infected with Helicobacter pylori through kissing.

I am on a strict diet and in no case will I violate it, I am going to eat like that for at least another 3 months.

I would finish your antibiotics, get on a good Billion good bacteria Probiotic.  You should feel back to normal.  No, you shouldn’t be contagious (take test again)..but yes, if someone else has it-no kissing, it’s  likely a bacterial infection.  Good Probiotic by Nature Myst and Align from Amazon ok?  Hope this helps!  Oh, if the antibiotics don’t work try taking Manuka Honey from Vitacost online store!  It’s the Best natural antibiotic around.  They should be using it in the hospitals in case of sepsis!!
