It is possible for the feces to go through the gastric system in inverse way?

The gastric system is supposed to work to push the feces to the anus, but it is possible for the gastric system to contrat in the oposite direction, pushing the feces to the large intestine?
Sorry if my question is a little stupid, I'm having a hard time going to the bathroom and I can feel how my poop is moving towards the upper part of my body (large intestine, stomach, etc). Is there a way to disolve my poop?
I mostly want to know if exists a medical condition with my symptoms.

I wasn't able to find anything about this specifically, but it is possible to become "backed up", where the poop becomes impacted in the colon, and any new waste builds up.

Before taking any laxatives or any over the counter medication, you should see your doctor to make sure nothing serious is happening, or that you don't have a blockage. If you do, that is serious and requires immediate medical attention.

Thank you for your answer, do you know of a medication that can disolve my feces?
And just for curiosity how manny time I can leave with that bloackage before my intestines rot?
No, and I don't think you should try any medication if you think you have feces backing up like this. I think you should seek immediate medical attention.

Are you able to poop at all? If you aren't, you need medical attention.

Your intestines won't rot, but it could cause some very serious side effects. Is there a reason you don't want to get treatment? It's really important that you do.
