LLQ Abdominal pain while lying down

Hi,

I am a 23 year old male and have been abdominal pain for the last 3 months. for the first 2 weeks it was somewhat painful but since has turned into a dull pain that only seems to bother me when i lie down mainly on my left side (the side of the ache). i also have had anal itching for the past year and notice specs of blood on the toilet paper at the end of wipping sometimes. I have done plenty of reading online but cant find any causes of abdominal pain that are described as worse when lying down. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

This is well past midnight and I am still awake as because as soon as I lie down there is a occasionally sharp and times crippling gut pain. I am diagnosed with IBS. Give me some tips. mail me at ***@****
