Well my stomach is still swollen went to the ER and they say it is my liver not my colon that fluid has leaked into my abdominal cavity and that is causing all the pressure and the extended stomach but the ER say they cant do anything about it unless it is life threating and I need to go back to see a specialist, well why didnt the doctor say that when i saw him? I dont have insurance and have been paying out of pocket. Does anyone know anything about this?

this sounds life threatening to me, you could develop peritonitis or septismia both very bad...dont mean to scare but i would demand answers from the doc. if you are feeling very bad keep bothering the hospital....they will have no choice but to treat you
