Longtime digestion issue

I have been having problems with my digestion for almost 2 years now and I still don't know what it could be. I'm having such a hard time finding a normal doctor somewhere in my area which has proven to be more difficult than expected.
My symptoms are:
waking up with a painful feeling in my chest and stomach, it feels like I'm starving. (which isn't the case)
Trapped gas,in lower abdomen and chest.
Belching immediately after any consumption. (water,fruit,1 cookie)
Extreme discomfort on the left side of my stomach. (where my small intestine is located)
Feeling as though my food doesn't "go down" after eating,up to 3 hrs. after meals.
Constipation.

I have had an ultrasound done to cancel out pregnancy and cysts etc., I had none. I had blood samples/urine taken . I had no parasites, infection, virus,or abnormal bacteria. They offered stool softener rather than suggest it,so I declined.

PLEASE HELP.. however anyone can, I have honestly given up hope and am planning on taking all sorts of cleansers and laxatives to just rid my stomach of everything, I'm past the point of desperation unless someone offers enlightenment :) Also , I'm only 19, no medical history of any kind. Until this little dilemma, I had never even been referred to anyone outside my gen. doctor.

All of the symptoms or diccomforts you have described are related
to your gastrointestinal tract so your best bet is a visit to a gastro doc.
The waking up feeling your starving could be an ulcer or gastritis
if you see the right doctor he/she could correct all of this.
I had a lot of stomach issues though my life time starting at age 30
so I got 40yrs experience of having gut problems treated. Take it from
an old goat see a stomach doc. Maybe its that you are leading a fast paced
life as it was with me back than.

Dont take it upon yourself to start cleansing and laxatives.
Yourbest bet is to make an appointment with a Gastroenderologist
(a doctor specializing in stomac and bowel disorders)
First ask your doctor to refer you if he/she does not agree make one on your
own.

A couple of years ago I went to see a Gastroenterologist because my liver pain was pretty bad.  I was surprised when he asked me if I had trouble swallowing.  Apparently, with Hep C your stomach can become inflamed, therefore, making it difficult to swallow when drinking or eating.
