Losing weight

I am 54 and have had stomach problems for over a year. Have had blood work/ct scan done which shows nothing wrong. I am continuing to lose weight and still have the stomach problems (nausea, discomfort). I do have an appointment for a colonoscopy but am unsure what to do until then. The Dr. diagnosed me with having IBS and put me on Bentyl but I didn't like the side effects and this didn't seem to help anyway.Any ideas. I am shrinking and have no appetite at all.
Thanks.

I am a 50 year female. A little over a year ago I started having the same problem. I was first diagnosed with IBS but the problem got worse. After the colonoscopy I was diagnosed with Chrons Disease. I had never heard of it. It sounds like you may have the same problem.
Good Luck
