Low ejection fraction

"Reduced gallbladder fraction of 26%.  Findings can be seen with gallbladder dyskinesia."  Was the finding of my HIDA scan, and I've had gastric pain, extreme flatuence, nausea, bloating and constipation for the last 3 months.  Is this enough to convince an M.D. that removing the gallbladder is indicated?
