Lower abdominal pressure right and left help!

I apologise if this is the wrong place to post this! Okay, so for about a couple months I've been dealing with this abdominal pressure after going through a really bad stomach flu. No real pain just a huge annoyance in my right and sometimes left abdominal area, went to my physician who just poked around my abdomen and stomach said "I don't know" then did some blood work. Looking over my blood work I see this AST - 27 ALT (SGPT) POC - 53 Should I be worried? Today i'm going to just relax and just drink water because eating anything makes the pressure worse especially sugary/mild/spicy foods. Bowel movements are completely normal, no fever, no pain, no alcohol and no physical accidents prior. Will go to ER if recommended just really sick of dealing with this.

Nope no antibiotics. Yeah, I'm really not feeling myself after the stomach flu I also went back to harsh foods too fast which might have messed me up even more. Okay, will definitely try the probiotics should I use them once a day? Also, what foods should I avoid until i'm better?

By chance were you on any antibiotics around the start of this? Those, or even just the stomahc flu itself can totally screw up your guts flora. The digestive system is a balance of good and bad bacterias, when it gets out of balance (virus, diseases, antibiotics, etc) it can cause all sorts of issues. Its good that your BM are normal. You could have a slight yeast overgrowth, which maybe can be causing a gas build up which is the pressure you feel.

Do you take probiotics? If not, I suggest doing so and see if that helps at all. If it is a yeast overgrowth you want to lay off carbs and sugars because thats what the yeast feeds on.
