Mild Chronic Inflammation, Fatty liver & Pancreas

I did endoscopy and found out Gastric Antrum have Mild Chronic Inflammation. I am feeling sqeezing sensation in stomach 24/7. Feeling Weak and Fatigue, Anxiety. How to control this? I am a non smoker, Non drinker.

I did CT Scan and Ultrascan also. Ultrasound says Fatty liver and Fatty Pancreas. CT Scan says normal liver and pancreas. Why both have different results? How to control fatty liver and pancreas?

Hi, the CT scan gives more resolution and so a better definition of lesions, so you can go with the CT scan results. Fatty liver can be due to alcoholism when it is called Alcoholic fatty liver disease and the other one is Non alcoholic fatty liver disease, which is due to obesity, diabetes and high triglyceride levels. So, prevention or cure is by avoiding alcohol and treating diabetes, obesity and high triglyceride levels. To reduce gastric inflammation, keep a food diary and note down what aggravates your symptoms and avoid them. Ensure to maintain optimum weight by regular exercise. Avoid NSAIDs, avoid caffeinated beverages and reduce stress levels. OTC antacids can further aid in reducing acid levels. These measures need to be practiced long term for results. Regards.
