If it is just your clothes: is your wardrobe damp? Do you try your clothes completely? Do you use a dryer? Have you cleaned your washing machine lately?
My clothes sometimes smell, too, as soon as I wear it for a while: if there is mold or bacteria in the clothes, it starts to smell as soon as the fabric gets warmed up. For me, its not poop, but sweat.
In that case, I take the evil stinky shirt and dumb it over night in a bucket with white vinegar and water (you should smell the vinegar).
Then I wash it, and also add some vinegar into the liquid compartment of the machine. To dry, I hang it out into the sun. The whole procedure kills the smelly bacteria and every stinky residue left.
Welcome to the gastroenterology community! Is it only your clothes that smell or is it also your body? Have you asked any close family or friends to see if they can smell it too or if it is just you?
