Hello, me again,  listen, i have this pain in the stomach  , not all the stomach,  its like this ome straight horizontal line that pains, its like i think related to my toilet, i don't know but am scared. Please can u help me and tell me what this is, the piam comes when i lay down and like it feels like i have gasses or something i don't understand  please help

good to a health food store and find the refrigerated probiotics. there you want to find one that is 7 or more strains and at least 30 billion live cultures. take one before bed (at least an hour or two after eating anything or in the morning an hour or two before eating). If in a week or two you dont feel better, post again, but add more details.
