Whats Wrong with me?

I am 34 yrs old, I was admitted in the hospital the 1st wk of Aug. I was told I had pancreatitis, also they found a big bruise on my liver. When I  asked what could have caused it, being I had no trauma to that area. I was told, I had back luck. Ever since they released me from the hospital I have pain along the right side, it runs to my back. I can no longer sleep on my stomach nor on my right side. I have an appt with a gastroenterologist this week. I am very affraid, Should I be???? .
