NEED HELP WITH EXCESSIVE BLEEDING

Hi - any help or guidance will be greatly appreciated. I am a 49-year-old woman who is overweight. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and diverticulosis. Recently my hemoglobin was tested at a low rate and I take Integra Plus every day; Vitamin D was a 7 so I'm back on VD 50K for another 12 weeks. I am exhausted all the time and extremely concerned with my bowel habits - black, tarry stools with lots of bleeding - bright red and clots. I've had an EGD and two colonoscopies and everything looks fine. Is it normal to bleed so much? I'm not talking about a little on the paper when I wipe - I'm taking bowl water turning black from the amount of blood and clots that are large. Are these typical symptoms of Vitamin D levels being low? Family doctor doesn't seem very concerned. Thanks.

Thanks for your information - glad to know that bleeding isn't as unusual as I had thought. Best of luck to you - thanks!

With diverticulosis you do bleed quite a bit especially when you have issues with hemoglobin. (I suffer from chrons and have the same issue.) Try adding B-12 and B-2 (this will make your urine bright orange so don't be alarmed) to your pill stack it will help with the production of red blood cells along with giving you more energy. I hope this helps!
