Natural Laxitives

Hello,
I am 19 years old have a ton of digestive problems where I am constipated, bloated, gassy and in a lot of pain, the doctor calls it Colon Inertia. He keeps on making me try a mix of different laxatives and suppositories/enemas to help me 'go'. Although many suppositories don't work and the laxatives seem to make my pain and bloating worse and sometimes don't work either. I was wondering if there are any ideas out there to try some natural laxative or even some kind of food that acts as a laxative. I eat a very healthy diet high in fiber and I drink a lot of water, as well as exercise to try and 'work it out on its own', so that IS NOT the problem. My colon just does not work.... HELP!!

Have you tried a low fiber diet?  The usual is a high fiber diet, but for some people this doesn't work.  This isn't natural, but I would recommend trying milk of magnesia which shouldn't cause bloating, gas, or pain.

Yes I have tried eliminating various things like red meats, gluten, refined sugars, dairy, soy. I have also done prunes but they just seem to make me more bloated and gassy, nothing seems to help me 'go'.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  One thing you might consider trying for a couple days is a low fiber diet to see if that helps.  Have you tried eliminating different foods from your diet?  Have you tried things like prunes/prune juice?
